REFUND POLICY

• Our support will only do a MINOR customization request.
• Our support does NOT include freelance/custom job.

 

EXTENT OF SUPPORT

• Support is offered for theme problems, bugs, and minor customization.
• Support forum is open 24/7 for any support request.
• Support requests are replied within 1-3 working days.
• Our support does not offer free customization request. Any Custom modification requests are subject to approval. It may not or may be rejected depends on the complexity of the request and depends on the amount of requests we’ve already made for the user.

 

AGREEMENT

• We have the rights to reject any customization requests that we feel too complicated.
• Any charge back/dispute claims after the purchase is completed and getting your license might result in account termination
